The Journal of Health and Physical Literacy (JOHPL), the official scholarly publication of the National Academy of Health and Physical Literacy (NAHPL), is seeking qualified scholars and professionals to join our esteemed team of peer reviewers. Reviewer Responsibilities
-Provide thorough, objective, and constructive reviews of manuscripts within your area(s) of expertise.
-Evaluate submissions for methodological soundness, clarity, relevance, and contribution to the field.
-Return reviews within the agreed-upon timeframe (typically 3–4 weeks).
-Maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards in scholarly peer review.
Qualifications
We welcome applications from individuals who meet the following criteria:

-Hold a terminal degree (Ph.D., Ed.D., D.P.H., or equivalent) or have substantial professional experience in a related discipline.
-Demonstrate a strong record of research, scholarship, or professional practice in health, physical education, physical literacy, public health, or related fields.
-Possess experience in scholarly writing and/or peer review (preferred, but not required for early-career professionals).
